For our part, this Valentine’s Day, we wanted to shine the spotlight of love on our online Customer Service team. And while we’ve done everything we can to make the process smooth and reliable, there’s just no substitute for quality customer service. Some of us just prefer the hands-on approach. I know I personally need to talk (or chat!) with someone, especially if it’s a purchase I’ve never before made. That’s just one of the reasons we employ customer service people — and they are people, real live tire experts. Another reason is that tires aren’t simple. They’re complex things with variables. Our online system takes care of letting you know which tires meet or exceed your specific vehicle, taking into account driving style and location; however, you may have a preference you want to discuss. You may have a favorite brand or you may want to learn more about the differences between two options. That’s where we come in.
